Jhunjhunu Academy CBSE hosted Alumni Reunion for the former students of the different wings of JIVEM. Hundreds of JIVEM former students participated in the meet. It was for the first time that an institution in the region organized alumni meet for its former students. The event was formally inaugurated by the students of the first ever batch of Jhunjhunu Academy, by lighting lamp. Different funny games were organized for the participants. The participants visited different units of JIVEM. They appreciated the changes that have taken place in the institution after they had passed out. They shared their experiences during student days at Jhunjhunu Academy and also about their professional life. Chairman Dr. Dilip Modi wished best of luck to all the participants. Principal Mr. Ravi Shankar Sharma welcomed all the former students. Jhunjhunu Academy alumni and present Executive Director Mr. Ashutosh Modi briefed the participants about the different applications of the web portal of Jhunjhunu Academy. JAS alumni T-shirts were given to the participants as a token of respect.
The new year 2012 at Wisdom City brought loads of laurels and glory in the form of dazzling success in different fields of sports and music. Principal Mr Ravi S Sharma stated that the students won 7 Gold, 2 Silver and 6 Bronze medals in National Taekwondo Championship held at Amritsar from 26 December to 29 December. Ravi Kaswan, Hawa Singh, Bhanu Pratap, Amit Sharma, Rohit Sherawat, Sahil Khan and Ankit Bedwal won the Gold Medals while Pradeep Sangwan and Krisan Jangir bagged the Silver Medals. Prashant Dhama, Khiladi Badhana, Avinash Diwedi, Yuvraj Singh, Amit Chhillar and Naveen won the bronze medals and proved their talent and the quality of training they received at Taekwondo Academy under the able guidance and rigorous training of Mr Dinesh Saini, Taekwondo Coach. The proud squad was warmly felicitated at the school campus. This trhilling success was doubled by yet another prodigy Himanshu Sen who secured the second position in solo song competition organised by Parul Film Productions and Chirawa Dance Academy, Chirawa. Himanshu was also selected to sing for a projected album to be launched shortly by Parul Films. His music teacher Mr Ramzan Rizvi and Ashok Tanwar were mighty proud of his double success. Mr Dilip Modi, Chairman, Mrs Nirja Modi, Managing Director and Mr Ashutosh Modi, Executive Director expressed their joy and happiness over the all round success of talented students of Jhunjhunu Academy on the very outset of New Year.
Dr. Hari Ram Saharan of Saharan Hospital, Bissau, inaugurated the Annual Sports Meet 2012 of the Jhunjhunu Academy at the Multi-sports Complex of the Wisdom City. On this occasion the four Houses of the school conducted a grand March Past. Dr. Dilip Modi, Chairman was the Guest of Honour to the ceremony. The Head of Physical Education Department Arvind Kumar said that the meet will be held in different segments and will continue till 25th January. The Prize distribution ceremony will be held on 27th January.
Jhunjhunu Academy has again proved its unique and unsurmountable caliber and an indomittable spirit of winning. Two of the brilliant debators of the Academy won the prestigious Inter-school English Debate Competition held at the GB Modi Vidya Mandir. Shruti Tibra won the individual first prize whereas she teamed with Deepali Chawla bagged the overall winners trophy. According to the team mentor Mr. HS Gupta, PGT English the contestants of Jhunjhunu Academy outclassed the other debators from different schools of the district in oratory, fluency, content and confidence.

This spectacular result brought jubilation and exuctation to the parents and the staff of the academy. The victorious stars of the academy had never ending smiles on their sparkling faces. All these illuminating stars of the school were honoured by the Chairman Dr Dilip Modi, M D Mrs. Nirja Modi, E D Mr Ashutosh Modi, Director Play School, Mrs Ranu Modi and the Principal with staff members. Students at Jhunjhunu Academy hostel celebrated Deepotsava with traditional religious fervor. The students were full of liveliness and gusto at wisdom city as they enjoyed the festival of lights. On the occasion, a giant earthen lamp was lighted by the honorable guests accompanied by Chairman, Managing Director and Executive Director. Every nook and cranny of the wisdom city campus was lightened by the thousands of earthen lamps. It seemed that the campus wore a bridal look with the lights of earthen lamps. A series of cultural programmes was also presented by the boarders. Students celebrated the evening with some best performances of dancing as well as singing. The celebration was also marked by a great show of Crackers. The guests and students got stunned and mesmerized with the cracker show. Dr Dilip Modi, Chairman Jivem and Managing Director Mrs. Nirja Modi blessed the students and convey the best wishes for Deepawali festival. Unmesh (beginning of a new era) a seminar for the selected students of different schools working under the endeavor of JIVEM Education Private Limited was held in the premises of Wisdom City on January 13, 2013. Dr. Dilip Modi, Chairman of JIVEM Ed. Pvt. Ltd., an epitome of innovative ideas was the key speaker of the seminar. In his speech of two hours he saturated to everyone present there with his mantras of 100% success. He motivated the students ‘to set the target and hit the target’ and keeping the aim sky-scraping.

Newly introduced venture of JIVEM group Jhunjhunu Sainik Academy proved its academic mettle with 8 selections in Military Schools and Sainik Schools in exclusively first year of its establishment. It is of worth to be mentioned that Mohit Poonia (Roll No. 531690), Kuldeep Potaliya (Roll No. 53169), Rahul Yadav (Roll No. 53155) and Lalit Sirohiwal (Roll No. 53709) have been selected for Sainik School, Chitorgarh(Raj.) and Divyanshu has been selected for Sainik School, Reeva (M.P.).
